Lene Nystrøm出生于1973年10月2日。十几岁的时候，开始了自己的职业模特生涯。1994年，Lene Nystrøm在挪威游轮MS彼得·韦塞尔作为一名歌手，音乐家勒DIF被察觉了。他聘请她担任主唱的音乐组Joyspeed，后来改名为水族。在2001年，乐队解散了。解体后，琳恩继续担任独奏。2003年，她推出了她的第一张专辑《Play With Me》。
